By using BitRDP’s VPS hosting services, you agree to:

• Privacy Policy

Service Description

We provide:

• Self-managed NVMe VPS hosting

• 99.9% uptime SLA (excludes scheduled maintenance)

• Support scope: Server access & infrastructure issues only

Payment & Billing

• Cycle: Monthly/annually, auto-renewing

• Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee (excludes add-ons)

• Late Payments: Service suspension after 7 days

• Taxes: Your responsibility if applicable

User Responsibilities

You must:

• Maintain server security (patches, firewalls)

• Keep backups (we’re not liable for data loss)

• Comply with all laws (especially data protection regulations)

Termination

We may terminate for:

• AUP violations

• Non-payment

• Legal compliance requirements
  You’ll receive 48h notice except for emergencies

Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability = last 3 months’ service fees

• No liability for:

  • Third-party outages (e.g., cloud providers)

  • Your business losses

  • Security breaches caused by your negligence

Changes to Terms

• Minor changes: Effective immediately

• Material changes: 30-day notice via email

General

• Governing Law: [State/Country]

• Force Majeure: Not liable for acts beyond our control
