BitRDP Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction
This policy governs all use of BitRDP’s VPS hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these guidelines. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Prohibited Activities
🚫 Illegal Content & Activities

Hosting or distributing:

Malware, ransomware, or hacking tools

Pirated/copyrighted material

Child exploitation content
-
Fraudulent websites (phishing/scams)

🖥 System Abuse
-
Network attacks (DDoS, port scanning, brute force)

Spamming (bulk emails, unsolicited messages)
-
Cryptocurrency mining (without explicit permission)
-
Torrents/Public trackers (private trackers allowed)
📈 Resource Misuse

Consistently using >80% CPU/RAM for 24+ hours
-
Running public proxies/VPNs (except on designated plans)
-
Storing non-website files (e.g., backups, media libraries)
Security Requirements

Keep systems updated: Unpatched vulnerabilities will be force-updated

Strong passwords: Minimum 12 chars with special characters

No open relays: Email servers must be properly configured
Fair Usage

Bandwidth: Excessive usage beyond 5x your plan’s limit may be throttled

IP Addresses: Additional IPs require justification per RIPE policies
Enforcement

First violation: Warning + 24hr suspension

Repeat violation: Service termination without refund

Extreme cases: Immediate termination + legal reporting
Reporting Violations
Email support@bitrdp.com with:

Evidence (screenshots, logs)

Affected IP addresses

Timestamp of incident
We may update this AUP with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard alerts.
